I had a quick look into the SimplyGames business (they're a good site, lots of Eurogamer readers use them) and spoke to the liquidator of the old company. Essentially there's nothing to see, it's a shuffle behind the scenes, business as usual. Just in case anyone was worried about outstanding orders/pre-orders!
