The Joe Pleiman "Zelda" song (a lot of people think this is a System of a Down one; kinda wish it was)

Thread: 52 Games. 1 Year. 2018.
Reserved: Game #1 - Cat Quest (completed / Platinum'd) This game was originally a mobile game (Android/iOS). I've been seeing it for months but I couldn't play it because I need real controls! Finally it came out on PS4 and I actually loved it. Pretty neat little game. Fun hack/slash and dodging mechanics and the Gamebros made a cool world that was pretty funny and didn't get in your way too much. I dug the bits of lore in there, and the simple RPG grind. Overall took me about 10 hours to platinum (most of my grind was getting all equipment) and I'd definitely recommend it. Especially if you have some down-time and want some quick pick-me-ups. Game #2 - The Sexy Brutale (completed / Platinum'd) What a cool game. It's like a stealth puzzle roguelike. The story is nice, but kind of predictable near the end, but still played out nicely. The mechanics are great, and the power ups you gain work really well in this world Tequila Games created. After a while you get a good feel on which characters are where, what they're doing, and it really adds to setting up this day you keep repeating, and why it's so important, and why things happen the way they did. The platinum grind is ok. I just followed a guide to get all the cards/invitations which took less than an hour. I recommend completing the game beforehand, though. You'll need the abilities anyway, and you'll have a better time getting around the Sexy Brutale! Game #3 - Batman: The Telltale Series (completed/Platinum'd) This game was good, not great. I really enjoyed the first 3 episodes. The story had me hooked and I was really invested in the changes they made to regular Batman lore. But the "twist" in episode 4 didn't sit well with me. It seemed like it was made for shocks instead of making a good character arc, and it made episode 5 have an extremely rushed ending. It was unsatisfying to me. I loved the Joker, though. It makes me want to play season 2. The game ran fine in early episodes, but episode 5 was really bad for me. Stuttering everywhere, voice/lip-sync issues, and the game crashed for me right at the ending! Luckily, it had autosaved not too far ahead of this moment, but still...
