No, they are not. I received a 14 day ban for LITERALLY posting the definition of the word "tame" from dictionary.com. Copied and pasted. I was told I was trolling because I read the context of a sentence different than the OP. Disagreeing with the OP on a definition of a word caught me a 14 day ban. It was absurd.
