The Pasadena Health Department said so. He could be from another department (hence why I said "on his off time"). Maybe he's telling the truth but out of line when confronting people when he shouldn't. Or maybe he's a liar. But even then blaming him of racism would still be jumping to conclusions. I don't really think it's such a hard assumption. But even then, if she had showered, she could have answered "of course I have, how dare you ask ?"
