Title: The Last Of Us Part 2 Gameplay Reveal

Reason: User Banned (1 Week): Repeatedly trying to re-frame a gay kiss as an agenda against men.

Look, we have to stop these extreme views. If someone doesn't like the kissing scene, it doesn't automatically make them homophobic. For me, the kiss in Left Behind choked me up because it was one of the most beautifully done scenes I've ever seen in a game. This scene feels agenda driven. Perhaps it isn't and it's just a poor choice but it 'feels' agenda driven. We see the two face to face. The girlfriend answers Ellie's question about the men with 'I think they should be scared of you'. Contextually, at that point, we know it's to do with jealousy. However, we then transition into a scene in which Ellie kills lots of men. Yes there were women in those scenes but what followed the initial scene cemented the comment 'I think they should be scared of you', a clearly deliberate cut. Then when we return, the line (or a similar one) is said again. Regardless of whether that was a mistake or a misguided cut, anyone picking up, subliminally or directly, that the enemy is man, could be forgiven for thinking that. THAT, I believe is what some people are not liking, not the fact she's gay. If done deliberately, that would be an agenda and not the beautiful scene it should have been.
