Title: Supreme Court rules narrowly for Colorado baker who wouldn't make same-sex wedding cake.

Reason: User Banned (5 Days): Casting conspiratorial accusations against victims of discrimination without evidence

What? They should be able to refuse whatever they want. They are the artist. They can't be forced to do shit. Maybe I want to draw a picture for person A but not person B. There can't be a force aside from lost business that makes me do it for person B. If person B wants a thing and I won't do it then find someone else. Also in this case didn't the baker offer numbers and other places to get their cake made? The CNN page for this says "He offered to make any other baked goods for the men. "At which point they both stormed out and left," he said." - It feels like these guys were just baiting shops to say no and start a shit show over this. If I ask an artist to do something for me and they say no and let's pretend I can force them will the creation be worth it? If I am looking for a creative person to make me something I want them to enjoy it and have the result of their talent not the result of a lawsuit or a threat forcing their hand to make me something. It is insane to think the baker should be forced to do shit. If that is the case then how about he draw a stick figure on the cake and fill it with toothpaste? How about he make it with cardboard in it? He doesn't want to do it and was respectful of the couple that asked. It doesn't say he called them names or was derogatory against them - he just refused.
