I was discussing this with my wife yesterday evening in one of our high-brow chats we like to have by the fire. She pointed out that the universally employed expression for this orifice in England is actually quite racist. I agreed but bemoaned the lack of alternative. I could only come up with 'urethra' which is too formal and 'dick-hole' which just sounds stupid. The racist expression is 'Jap's eye' btw.
