It's literally not affecting those people. Nothing has happened to them yet. It COULD do, but many things could happen. They're a political bargaining chip at the moment. I'm not asking about the experience of "people". I'm asking about the experiences of the OP and anyone who feels like them in this thread. Even though Trump has had no measurable effect on their life except for news stories. That's what I'm trying to show here - if Trump has no effect on you, why would you let it affect your enjoyment of life?
