It was created in a very unjustful way that I would call evil yes. It was said that the one who led all the terrible acts done towards palestinians in the early days ended up being elected as president shortly after. So yes. It makes a lot of sense actually that an outcome like this has come from that. It is very sad because the jews deserved a lot better.
