Title: Collection Purging Regrets
Reason: User Warned: Advocating piracy.
As modern emulation situations improve, I tend to sell off older collections. Doesn't stop it being painful, but it has meant I can keep my head above water buying new games.. Some examples: Sold all my DC library and bought a GD-EMU so I can run all DC games from SD card. Ended up a few hundred pounds in front. Ditto my Saturn library and my Rhea. Ditto my N64 carts for a 64Drive. Ditto my GC collection once I sorted Nintendont on my Wii U. Also sold all PS1, GB/GBC, and all earlier 8/16bit games once I had an Nvidia Shield TV - near perfect emulation through Retroarch of just about everything? The only games I'm now actively collecting / hoarding are OG Xbox, PS3/360, PS4, Vita, DS/3DS and Switch.
