Microsoft even closed studios when they did not deliver their job in time. Also there is not one case for the Vita where Bandai Namco had technical problems causing a later release for the Vita. They just managed the development well. These publishers are behaving like little kids in school not having their homework. "Oh i couldn`t do it. It was just to difficult. Maybe next day i will have it." But publishers like Koei Tecmo have no problems in bringing their last gen stuff over. So the job can be done if there is the will to do it.
