Devs don't wanna be threatened or treated like shit. But consumers don't wanna be jerked around and nickle and dimed either. Respect is a two way street. Don't treat folks like a sucker or a meal ticket and make good on your promises if you don't want people being angry. This is the real world. People want reasonable outcomes for things they pay for. At this point, especially after three years, it's time to cut the bureaucratic, corporate bullshit. Be honest, be straight forward and work together to make the game as good as it should be.
